1.product introduction

The Universal Serial Bus (USB) connector is an interface standard used to connect computers to external devices.It allows the connection of external devices such as mice, keyboards, storage devices, printers, etc., through a single port.With convenience and reliability, USB connectors are widely used in personal computers and mobile devices.

   contact impedance: use the four-wire test method to measure the terminal resistance under the maximum 20mV, 100mA DC conditions,the requirement is ≤40mΩ;

   insulation impedance: add 100VDC between adjacent terminals, 1min, insulation impedance should be ≥100MΩ;

   voltage resistance: apply 100VAC (50Hz or 60Hz) between two adjacent terminals,keep for one minute, no breakdown, leakage current ≤0.5mA during pressure;

   temperature rise: under the condition of 5V DC voltage, apply 3A current, keep for 2 hours, positive and negative electrode temperature rise shall not exceed 30K;

   insertion and withdrawal force: at a rate of no more than 12.5mm/min for testing, USB cable Type-C interface insertion force ≤20N, withdrawal output ≥8N;

   life test: at the rate of 10-15 times /min, in the case of no power, using the Feike standard Type-C male head for 1000 times of manual insertion and removal test, the  mechanical structure should not be             damaged, the function is normal.The insertion force between the measured male and female heads is less than 20N, and the withdrawal force is ≥5N;
